How do you feel about western approaches to HIV/AIDS?

The disparities between the haves and have nots is always a concern when receiving proper and effective care for any life debilitating illness. Unfortunately in the US, medical care greatly differs among insurance, income, availability and education. HIV/AIDS is no different than cancer or ulcers.
